Just 10 minutes west of downtown, First Church of the Brethren Chicago is just off I-290, 2 blocks west of the Homan exit at the corner of Central Park Blvd. and Congress. The church is easily accessible by public transit.   

• Driving from west: Exit Eisenhower Expressway (I-290) at Independence.  Continue on service road to Central Park Ave.  Left on Central Park.  Cross over freeway.  Church is on right.
•  Driving from east: Exit Eisenhower Expressway (I-290) at Homan.  Continue on service road to Central Park Ave.  Right on Central Park.  Church is on right.
   
• Public Transit: Use Blue line train (Kedzie-Homan stop) or bus 82  (exit at Congress Parkway); walk 1/4 mile west. Right on Central Park.  Church is on right. (From downtown, take bus #126 Jackson or bus #7 Harrison) to Congress and Central Park.
   
• Accessibility: Building is equipped with ramp entry, elevator, wheelchair-accessible restroom and sound system.
